Overview

: We are seeking a motivated Residential Sales Inspector professional for pest control and home improvement service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential properties through effective communication and strategic sales techniques.

Duties

: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Present and promote residential properties to prospective buyers - Negotiate contracts and handle all sales-related documentation - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process - Collaborate with office managment team to provide pest control top-class service Experience: - Proven experience in technical sales, technology sales, or related field - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences - Proficiency in Pest Pac or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software - Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively - Prior experience in sales, customer service, business development, or account management is preferred Joining our team as a Residential Sales professional offers the opportunity for career growth, competitive compensation, and a dynamic work environment.
