About the Role

Obsidian Enterprises is hiring an Entry Level Manager in Training to support AT&T; sales and marketing campaigns at retail locations across the Redmond area. If you're ambitious, people-driven, and ready to fast-track into leadership we built this program for you. We promote exclusively from within and provide full paid training from day one. No management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent leading brands at high-traffic retail locations and connect with customers face-to-face
• Support campaign execution and help coordinate team activities
• Develop real leadership skills by motivating and guiding team members daily
• Learn performance tracking, strategic planning, and campaign optimization
• Advance into a supervisory or management role based on your results

Requirements

• Natural communicator who enjoys working with people
• Ambitious, reliable, and ready to take on growing responsibility
• Able to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Reliable transportation within the Redmond, WA area
• Background in sales, customer service, or leadership a plus not required
