Job Summary

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with CRM tools to facilitate business expansion and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and update customer information using CRM software such as VinSolutions to ensure accurate and current data.
• Support business development efforts by conducting market research and identifying new target markets or sectors.
• Assist in developing strategic plans to expand the company's reach and improve sales pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM software, particularly VinSolutions or similar platforms.
• Experience in Ford product is preferred but, not necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or inside sales environment is preferred.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about driving business success through innovative strategies and excellent client engagement. Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
