Connex Intl is a leading telecommunications provider of customizable web and audio conferencing and collaboration solutions serving professionals and organizations of all sizes around the world.

About the Role

We're hiring our sales leader a hands-on, revenue-driving professional who will build our sales function from the ground up. This is a playercoach role without a team (to start). You'll be responsible for generating your own leads, closing business, and creating the sales playbook, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as we grow. If you're someone who thrives in a build environment and wants to own both revenue and strategy, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Own and hit an individual sales quota
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business (full-cycle sales)
• Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal execution
• Develop sales processes, messaging, and strategy
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives What You'll Build

• Pipeline structure and forecasting processes
• Early customer base and revenue foundation
• Future sales team (you'll help hire and train)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of sales management, 5 years of sales experience
• Telecommunications Experience Preferred
• Proven B2B sales success (quota attainment required)
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
• Experience selling services or solutions
• Comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch role
• Full-cycle sales experience
• CRM proficiency (Hubspot or similar)
• Strong Technical/Computer Skills: proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Nice to Have
• Experience as an early or founding sales hire
• Playercoach or hybrid leadership experience
