Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Business) Location: Savannah, GA Schedule:(Hybrid 4 Days In Office / 1 Remote) Salary: $70,000 - $90,000+ (Depending on Experience) About the Opportunity: Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a well-established, privately held insurance agency in the Savannah area to identify a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment rather than managing an isolated book of business. You'll support a variety of small commercial accounts while working alongside seasoned insurance professionals who are eager to mentor and share their expertise. The agency has built a strong reputation within the commercial property & casualty market and is recognized for its specialized expertise in commercial marine insurance.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll provide day-to-day service and support for commercial clients, including:

• Service commercial insurance accounts through phone and email communication
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and account updates
• Add and remove vehicles and equipment from commercial policies
• Assist with commercial auto schedules and policy documentation
• Support the renewal process and participate in renewal meetings
• Maintain accurate policy schedules and client records
• Assist producers and the underwriting process as needed
• Collaborate with the entire team to deliver exceptional client service rather than working independently on an assigned book.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required
• Experience servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto, certificates, endorsements, and renewals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first environment
