Gritology Inc. Columbus, OH Pay: $18.00$22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In Person Gritology Inc. is expanding our Columbus team and is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and creating outstanding customer experiences. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, wireless sales, banking, or another customer-facing role, we'd love to meet you. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and retail sales while offering structured training and opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in a retail environment
• Learn customer needs through conversation
• Explain available wireless and home service solutions
• Help customers compare options and complete account setup
• Deliver professional customer support before, during, and after each interaction
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Work alongside teammates to achieve daily goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development We're Looking For
