Full description of the position

Duties

include:

  • Receives and fills parts requests for customers both in person and via the telephone
  • Helps customers with their specific needs
  • Fills customer orders from stock using a computerized system
  • Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures
  • Receives payment, makes proper change, and wrap or bag merchandize for customer.
  • Advises customer on substation or modification of part when replacement is not available
  • Examines returned part to determine if defective, exchanges part or refunds money
  • Participates in rolling inventory checks
  • Takes inventory of stock and presents an accurate count to the Parts Manager
  • Responds to request for service and assistance
  • Keeps Parts room clean and free of clutter.
  • Greets all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the Store and begin each work day with a positive attitude
Qualifications

:

  • Previous Parts experience
  • Computer proficiency is required
  • Team oriented and driven to provide a high level of customer service
  • Very good interpersonal skills to work with customers in person and over the phone
  • Bilingual -Spanish (Required)
  • Physical ability to lift 15-50 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
