Hampton Hyundai is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to assist our customers in our busy Service Department. Hours are 11AM-7PM Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8:30AM-6:00PM Main job duties include but are not limited to answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, taking payment for services, scheduling service appointments and providing updates for customers vehicle status. The right applicant should have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous BDC or Customer Service Experience required
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Keyboard skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Customer service oriented
• Information/data management
• Attention to detail
• Reliability
• Proficient in calculating numbers
• Ability to work a cash drawer Work Remotely
