As an Enterprise Business Executive, you are the primary owner of the post- sale relationship for our most strategic and high-value clients. You will act as a dedicated partner and project liaison, quarterbacking complex deployments and ensuring a seamless, exceptional customer journey from initial installation through ongoing lifecycle management. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical project management, strategic account management, or telecommunications service delivery who excels at building lasting partnerships, advocating for the client, and navigating multi-faceted technical and operational challenges. Ultimately, your goal is to be exceptional. Typical pay range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour depending on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage a portfolio of high-touch enterprise accounts. Learn each customer individually to develop a deep understanding of their unique business needs, serving as their trusted advisor and internal advocate. Strong relationship building is a must.
- Project & Day-to-Day Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact for enterprise clients. Day-to-day functions include (but are not limited to) setting up new services, proactive problem solving, coordinating with third-party vendors, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Delegation: Interact with all levels of the organization to facilitate successful installations and support needs. Delegation of work to supporting team members.
- Insights & Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of the latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers. Effectively present and discuss analysis and insights with customers and team members alike in narrative or visual form.
- Proactive Problem Ownership: Take full ownership of complex technical, billing, or tax discrepancies.
- Operational Flexibility & Commitment: Be flexible and willing to put your drive to work. Because our customers need us 24/7, this role includes participating in an on-call rotation when needed where your day could run into the evening. Additionally, you will travel to be on-site for customer installations, on-site meetings and provide training on ALLO deployments as needed. Experience:
- Required: Previous experience in telecommunications, networking, or managed IT services.
- Required: Demonstrated experience managing service delivery, complex technical deployments, or strategic account escalations for enterprise-level clients. Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience). SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Strong teamwork, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to positively influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organization & Execution: Highly organized and results-oriented with strong time management and prioritization capabilities. Ability to be self-directed, handle confidential information, and successfully multitask across multiple projects and priorities.
- Problem Solving & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to concisely convey complex information. Possess a logical approach to learning new concepts and the desire to dig deeper to solve root problems, both independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise-grade telecommunications products (e.g., VoIP, DIA) and data-driven monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in using software applications, databases, and Microsoft Office is required.
