Phone and In Person Sales Representative Empire Auto Spa Inc | Full-Time | In-Office Empire Auto Spa Inc is seeking a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about automobiles, confident on the phone, and motivated by closing deals, this is your opportunity to grow with a high-performance automotive brand. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships quickly, and understands how to turn conversations into conversions both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding automotive services and products
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into booked appointments and confirmed sales
• Assist and sell to walk-in customers in-store, providing a professional and consultative sales experience
• Promote services including detailing, protection packages, customization, and aftermarket upgrades
• Use Salesforce (or CRM system) to manage customer interactions and track opportunities
• Educate customers on product benefits and service options
• Negotiate pricing and packages while maintaining premium-level customer service
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in CRM What We're Looking For
• Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or telesales (automotive preferred)
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence
• Professional and engaging in-person communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of automotive customization, auto parts, detailing, or vehicle protection services
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
