• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to attend trainings, meetings, and work in the field consistently

Job Description

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate interest in solar
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar
• Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
• Gather utility bill information when needed
• Support the sales process by helping move prospects through the pipeline
• For experienced reps, additional opportunities may include proposal generation, closing deals, and assisting customers through the installation process

Compensation

• Full-time
• Commission-only
• Uncapped earnings
• Estimated annual earnings: $75,000 $250,000+
• Average weekly commissions vary based on performance, experience, and market conditions
