AME Marketing Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and representing brands with professionalism and integrity. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences while supporting sales and client service efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and create a positive first impression
• Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer questions or concerns
• Support sales initiatives through outbound follow-ups and relationship-building with customers
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions using professional etiquette
• Use Microsoft Office and company systems to document customer activity

Qualifications

• English required; additional languages a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or call center environments is helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with customer engagement is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
