Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our Hyundai dealership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle, building lasting relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand each customer's transportation needs, budget, and preferences.
• Demonstrate Hyundai vehicles and explain features, technology, safety systems, and financing options.
• Conduct engaging test drives.
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with finance, management, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on Hyundai products, incentives, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver vehicles and educate customers on vehicle features, connectivity, and maintenance recommendations.
• Request customer reviews and referrals to help grow the dealership's reputation.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and manufacturer certification programs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Preferred Skills
