In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers with replacement parts, spare parts packages, and service solutions throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. This is a desk-based role: you'll take incoming calls and emails, look up the part in the system, and send over a quote. It is a steady, fast-paced role handling around 40 requests a day, busy, but not high-pressure. To thrive in this role, you must have 2+ years of parts sales experience and the ability to juggle a high volume of requests while staying organized and customer focused. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding replacement parts, spare parts, and service solutions
• Research and identify the correct parts using ERP systems, product documentation, and internal resources
• Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of parts sales experience required
• Proficiency with CRM & ERP systems required
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required
