Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control is hiring an Inside Sales Representative at our Clayton, NC office. This is a phone-based, in-office sales role built for someone who wants their income tied directly to how well they sell. Earnings This is a heavy-commission position - an hourly base plus uncapped commission that grows as you close. Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000-$65,000, with top performers earning $90,000+. The better you sell, the more you make. What you'll do

• Answer inbound pest inquiries and close them into recurring service plans through education - not pressure.
• Work overnight and incoming leads first thing every morning - speed to the lead wins.
• Book wildlife and other in-person inspections fast, then move to the next call (wildlife isn't sold over the phone).
• Work our outbound book - thousands of past contacts and current customers - to build your own pipeline.
• Follow up after the sale, save cancellations, and ask for referrals.
• Keep every call and opportunity current in our CRM. What we're looking for
• Someone who can take a "no," shake it off, and make the next call.
• Strong on the phone and genuinely good with people.
• Organized enough to work a full pipeline without letting anything slip.
• Coachable and motivated by results - sales experience helps, but we'll train the right person.
• This is an in-office role in Clayton, NC.
