We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing referral relationships and growing business within the home care industry. Preferred Experience Home care sales experience Established relationships with: o Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) o Independent Living Communities o High-end senior communities o Healthcare providers and referral sources Experience marketing private pay home care services Experience promoting healthcare staffing services Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral partnerships with ALFs, independent living communities, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources. Grow our private pay home care and VA client base. Develop new business opportunities for pediatric home care and staffing services. Represent our company at networking events and community outreach activities. Meet established sales and growth goals while providing exceptional customer service.
