What You'll Do

• Build relationships with transportation carriers across the U.S.
• Source truck capacity through calls, emails, and networking.
• Negotiate rates, lanes, and service agreements.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to move freight successfully.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and shipment records. What We're Looking For
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• English required; bilingual in either Spanish/French is an asset. What We Offer
