Responsibilities

: - Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers - Identify business opportunities and generate leads - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets - Utilize market knowledge to effectively promote products and services - Update and maintain customer information in the CRM software and website - Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data - Help Follow through on Projects and Project Management - Customer service and warranty claims Skills: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Strong business development skills with a focus on driving sales growth - Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships - Proficient in using CRM software - Strong Organizational skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
