About the Role

Revista Realty is seeking a Partner Agent to join our high-performing, system-driven real estate team. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed agent who wants consistent income (base salary) + upside (commission) while plugging into a business that already generates opportunities, provides support, and is built to scale. You focus on closing and client experience we handle the rest.

What You'll Do

• Work side by side with Desi, a top-producing agent
• Conduct buyer consultations
• Convert inbound leads into signed clients
• Show homes and attend key appointments
• Maintain communication and pipeline in CRM
• Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
