Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for helping people? Join our fast-paced, growing team in the tire business as an Inbound Tire Sales Associate Location: 495 Cornwell Ave (Cleve Hill Tire), Buffalo NY Schedule: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / Tire Sales

Compensation

: Competitive hourly rate As an Inbound Tire Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties: Answer inbound calls assisting customers with tire selection and sales, providing product knowledge and schedule appointments. Managing customer inquiries and addressing product-related concerns Complete all point-of-sale functions as required using computer software for data entry, managing work orders and processing payments. Maintaining accurate inventory records Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets Providing excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships Other job duties as needed What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous call center or customer service experience in the auto or tire industry required Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
