Job Summary

As a Sales/CS Representative, you will promote and sell our residential cleaning services while learning key skills for career growth. We provide hands-on training in:

• Product knowledge
• Interactive sales presentations
• Communication and negotiation skills

Duties

• Deliver over the phone interactive presentations to customers about eco-friendly cleaning services.
• Convert inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-ups to grow client base.
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions.
• Maintain positive client relationships and achieve sales targets. Experience
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
