Sales & Design Consultant Magic City Remodeling | South Florida Build a Career Transforming Homes Magic City Remodeling is one of South Florida's fastest-growing residential remodeling companies, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, impact windows and doors, roofing, and complete home renovations. We're looking for motivated, coachable professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners transform their homes while building a six-figure career. This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking position. Every appointment is generated through our marketing and call center. Your job is simple: show up prepared, build trust, educate the homeowner, design the right solution, and earn their business.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will:

• Meet with homeowners during company-provided, pre-qualified in-home appointments.
• Listen to the homeowner's vision, needs, and budget.
• Measure project spaces accurately.
• Present product samples, design ideas, and examples of completed projects.
• Explain the remodeling process and what sets Magic City Remodeling apart.
• Create professional project proposals and pricing.
• Assist homeowners with financing options and loan applications when needed.
• Produce project renderings using our design software and AI tools (full training provided).
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the sales process while working closely with our office and production teams to deliver a true white-glove customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up communication. What We're Looking For We aren't just looking for salespeoplewe're looking for future leaders. The ideal candidate is:

Qualifications

Required

• Proven sales experience, preferably in-home sales.
• Strong understanding of residential construction or remodeling.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using tablets, computers, and modern technology. Preferred
• Remodeling, construction, or home improvement experience.
• Kitchen and bathroom design experience.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Experience with financing or loan application processes.
• Experience using design software, renderings, or AI tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Training & Support We invest heavily in our team. Every consultant receives extensive training before running appointments independently, including:
• Our proven in-home sales process.
• Product knowledge.
• Construction fundamentals.
• Design principles.
• Software and AI tools.
• Rendering creation.
• Financing programs.
• Customer communication.
• Objection handling.
• Magic City Remodeling's white-glove service standards. During training, you'll work alongside experienced team members until you're fully prepared to represent the company on your own.
