Overview

Northern Tool + Equipment is hiring a Market Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Memphis, TN. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking for a promising career in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development. If you're a self-starter and enjoy calling on new customers, consultative selling, and building long-term relationships, this role is designed for you.

What You'll Do

As a Market Sales Representative, you will:

• Conduct phone outreach and onsite sales visits with qualified b2b leads throughout the Memphis territory
• Engage trades professional customers through consultative selling
• Follow up on qualified sales leads and convert them into active accounts
• Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
• Recommend products, tools, and solutions to customers and share NTE's services and value proposition to drive market growth
• Capture sales opportunities, follow up actions and strategic plans for accounts leveraging CRM and AI What We're Looking For
• Recent graduates with internship or sales experience encouraged to apply
• Interest in sales, business development, outside sales, or account management
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a field-based, independent role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
