Commission Based Only - We have several high producing teams looking for buyer and listing agent team members. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying or selling properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Show homes and provide area information.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining industry standards and fair housing regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers using various sales technology tools
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication, addressing client concerns promptly, and building lasting relationships
• Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and changes in real estate law to ensure compliance and strategic advantage

Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong interest in practicing real estate with a focus on buying or listing transactions
• Experienced in or willing to learn negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
• Strong marketing acumen combined with proficiency in sales technology adoption for maximum outreach
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtento effectively articulate market insights and facilitate negotiations
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative procedures within the industry
• Some organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
