Job Title: Sales Representative Employer: Express Employment Professionals Location: Seattle, Washington (In-person in Fremont and in the field in North Seattle, Shoreline, and Lake Forest Park) Pay: $25/hr. to $30/hr. + commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some evening or weekend hours occasionally for events, networking or training Do you thrive on meeting new people, opening doors, earning trust, and turning conversations into opportunities? What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Build strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Quickly establish trust and credibility with prospective clients.
• Identify client challenges and recommend staffing solutions that solve real business problems.
• Present and communicate the value of Express Employment Professionals' services.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business.
• Partner with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional client service.
