Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their wireless communication needs with active listening and excellent phone etiquette
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and compatibility of various wireless devices and accessories
• Assist customers with selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves regularly to ensure an attractive shopping environment
• Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering product advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics retail environments
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles are a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions and inventory management
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is desirable
