Duties

• Greet customers warmly and determine their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate products, including phones, accessories, and related devices, to highlight features and benefits through interactive product demos
• Assist customers with selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories, upselling where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products while adhering to visual standards
• Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory management, and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, services, and store policies while maintaining professional phone etiquette Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or electronics retail
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer interactions
• Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions is essential
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices will set you up for success
• Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in all customer interactions

Minimum Qualifications

:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation

• Earnings: This position offers a competitive hourly base rate plus an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential driven by your individual performance.
• Training for this position will take place at an alternate store location during the onboarding period.
