Job Summary

Location: Livonia, MI Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Compensation

: $13.00 - $25.00 / hour (Depending on experience and performance) Base Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission! (Earn extra money on every device sale, plan upgrade, and accessory bundle). You don't need to know anything about phone technology or operations to apply. We are looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Are you a natural leader ready to run the show? We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Operations Lead to take full ownership of our Boost Mobile retail location in Livonia. While this is a leadership role, prior wireless or technical experience is absolutely not required. We completely train our team from the ground up. You will learn day-to-day sales strategies, device troubleshooting, and retail operations. If you are an ambitious professional who wants the autonomy to run a store like it's your own, we will give you all the tools and knowledge to succeed.

• Master the Business: Complete our comprehensive, paid training program covering wireless sales, customer service, and technical store operations.
• Drive Sales & Customer Experience: Actively engage with customers, troubleshoot device issues, and match them with the best wireless plans and accessories.
• Store Operations: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control for mobile devices and repair parts.
• Technical Support: Assist with or oversee local device diagnostics, mobile sales processing, and basic hardware repair workflows.
• Leadership: Take accountability for store performance, visual merchandising, and maintaining a high-energy, clean environment.What We Are Looking For (

• 12+ years of experience to none in retail management , wireless sales (Boost, T-Mobile, Metro, etc.), or mobile device repair. Open to both seasoned retail/wireless professionals and motivated individuals with zero experience who are eager to learn a technical trade.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is a major asset and highly desired, but not required!
• Schedule Commitment: Ability to work regular 411 hour shifts and reliably handle standard opening/closing routines.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from our Livonia location to ensure punctual store opening and closing routines.
