• Build trust and identify customer needs through conversation
• Present and enroll customers in service solutions
• Train consistently with leaders focused on your success EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH First Month: $1,000-$1,500 per week Consistent Performers: $1,500-$2,500+ per week Top Performers: $3,000+ per week Leadership Roles: $100,000-$200,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
