• And so many more! The Role The Comfort Advisor builds strong client relationships, identifies customer needs, and guides the sales process from consultation to closing. This role combines consultative selling, problem-solving, and relationship management to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Execute on aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing in doing so. We expect a 55-60% close rate and roughly generate $1.5 million in sales annually.
• Maintains exceptional organization, flexibility, and motivation to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Demonstrates strong follow-through, presentation, and public speaking skills to engage customers effectively
• Generates enthusiasm for Peterman's brand, turning customers into advocates
• Possesses deep market knowledge and a thorough understanding of customer needs
• Actively participates in training, team meetings, and company events to continuously develop skills and support team success
• Other duties as assigned What You'll Need
• Minimum of2 years of experience in residential HVAC sales or a comparable role
• Proven Track Record in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Financial Acumen
• Willingness to Travel
• Late Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend Availability
• Exceptional follow-through abilities, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Latest Sales Applications
