Window & Door Sales Consultant Location: Raleigh, NC Company: Window Depot of Raleigh Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 Who We're Looking For Window Depot of Raleigh is looking for a motivated, positive, and team- oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing organization. This role is for someone who is professional, coachable, competitive, and genuinely enjoys helping homeowners. We want someone who values accountability, strong communication, personal growth, and being part of a supportive team culture. We are not looking for a transactional salesperson. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, represents the company professionally, and contributes positively to the team environment every day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Design and recommend window and door solutions based on customer needs
• Deliver professional product presentations
• Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospects
• Accurately complete sales documentation and customer records
• Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals Schedule & Availability
• Evening availability during the week as needed
• Participation in Saturday rotation
• Flexible schedule based around customer appointments

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
