Job title: Sales Team Associate We are an industry leading real estate investment company based in Bellevue, WA that buys property direct from sellers. We buy houses, land, and commercial property nationwide. We are looking for a highly motivated, coachable, and an accountable individual who is a strong closer and a team player. During onboarding, training resources, and coaching will be provided. Employment Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM (flexible on time) In Office (Bellevue, WA)

Responsibilities

Taking leads & live calls from property owners, building rapport, analyzing property, and submitting offers. Negotiating offers Learn to understand repair and renovation costs Guiding sellers on all of their options when selling a property

Qualifications

Prior sales experience Ability to spend extensive time on the phone Work in office, located in Bellevue, WA Must be coachable and work well with a team Must work well under pressure in a fast pace environment

Compensation

Base Starting Pay $20.00 p/hour (depending on experience) Commissions $60,000 - $100,000 Annually City Home Buyers, LLP buys and sells between 6-8 homes a month Nationwide.
