Responsibilities

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline
• Show homes and host open houses
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
• Stay informed on local market trends

Requirements

• Active Tennessee and/or Mississippi real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
