Internet Sales Consultant (Full Sales Position No Handoffs) Do you love automobile sales but hate handing your customers off to someone else? At REED Nissan Orlando, our Internet Sales Consultants don't just set appointmentsthey own the entire customer experience from the first phone call to vehicle delivery. Unlike a traditional BDC, our team works a cradle-to-grave sales process. You'll build relationships with internet and phone customers, schedule appointments, demonstrate vehicles, complete the sale, and earn full sales commission on every vehicle you sell. What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads and inbound phone inquiries.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Build rapport and schedule appointments that show.
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, features, and financing options.
• Follow up consistently with unsold customers.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and customer records.
• Learn Nissan products through paid training.
• Guide customers through the entire buying processfrom first contact through vehicle delivery. What We're Looking For
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Previous experience in phone sales, internet sales, BDC, call center, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong computer and CRM skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work evenings (until 8:00 PM) and weekends.
