About the Role

As a Sales Associate at our Orlando Premium Outlets location, you'll drive sales, deliver premium customer service, and help maintain high merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting. You will serve as a daily ambassador for the Johnston & Murphy brand, consistently exceeding personal sales goals while creating a welcoming, world-class store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Deliver world-class customer service, utilize J&M; sales tools to maximize results, and consistently meet or exceed personal sales metrics.
• Store Operations: Assist in protecting company assets through accurate inventory and cash management.
• Merchandising: Maintain premium store appearance by executing visual guidelines and window changes.
• Team & Communication: Build productive relationships with your store team, assist in team training programs, and communicate effectively to report trends or issues to management. Our P.R.I.D.E. • Experience: Retail sales experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule conducive to the retail industry.
