Duties

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored vehicle recommendations
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently to facilitate deal closing and upselling opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service
• Manage inventory information using CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions efficiently
• Negotiate terms of sale with clients, including pricing, trade-ins, financing options, and additional services to maximize deal value
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract high-end clients and increase dealership visibility

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a strong emphasis on high-end or passenger car sales
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or dealership environments
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and public speaking abilities
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and inventory control effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) and dealership management tools
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills
• Experience in automotive financing options, upselling techniques, and closing deals efficiently
