Housing Consultant We are seeking to hire a winning sales person who is customer savvy, detail oriented, and a great company representative to join our Housing Consultant Team. In this role, you will meet potential customers, thoughtfully work with them to select a new home and site improvements, and coach them through closing. Our Housing Consultants are passionate about -- and are very highly compensated for -- selling the highest quality Modular, Manufactured, and Tiny Homes. With hundreds of floor plans and customizations to choose from, the sales opportunities and earnings upside are endless! The ideal candidate is: 1. Competitive and a team player 2. • Candidates
• must have a successful background in sales with at least 3 years of experience. Sales experience in residential or commercial real estate a plus!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Effectively identify customer's needs and assist in selecting the perfect home based on their desires and budget.
• Obtain credit reports and complete the required documents for submission to our Finance Department.
• Build a pipeline with leads from web, phone and in person meetings.
• Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools daily to track progress and activity.

Qualifications

& Characteristics:

• Successful background in sales (Retail chain store sales/customer service excluded)
• General work experience of at least 3 years (this is not a first job position)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Enthusiastic team player
• Creative problem solving
• Proactive salespersonship Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
