• Utilize CRM software such as Sharebuilder to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales prospects efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially in media sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Sharebuilder or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
• Experience in door-to-door sales or direct community outreach is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a competitive environment.
