Loan Officer Associate Company: QLoans LLC Location: Troy Michigan Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

Compensation

: $40,000 annual base salary plus performance bonuses Build Your Career in Mortgage Sales QLoans is looking for motivated individuals who want to develop a career in the mortgage industry while working alongside experienced, licensed Loan Officers. This position is designed for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working toward measurable goals, and is willing to put in the daily activity required to succeed. You will connect with prospective borrowers, follow up with company-provided opportunities, identify potential mortgage needs, and help qualified consumers take the next step with a licensed Loan Officer. You do not need previous mortgage experience. We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Your

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Contact prospective borrowers through outbound calling
• Respond to and follow up with company-provided leads
• Speak with consumers about their general home financing goals
• Identify potential purchase and refinance opportunities
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified consumers to licensed Loan Officers
• Assist borrowers with beginning the mortgage application process
• Maintain accurate notes regarding calls, conversations, and follow-up activity
• Consistently manage assigned leads and ongoing follow-ups
• Work with Loan Officers to generate new applications and maintain production
• Participate in coaching, training, call reviews, and team development
• Learn the fundamentals of mortgage lending and the loan process Any activities requiring a mortgage loan originator license will be handled by an appropriately licensed Loan Officer.

Experience in sales, customer service, collections, appointment setting, telemarketing, call centers, automotive sales, insurance, or other phone-based positions is strongly preferred.
