Qualifications

Must be able to communicate and follow-up with co-workers, customers, and vendors Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information Must be able to work with customers and help them to better understand our products Experience in a team-based environment Previous Face-to-Face Customer Service Experience Experience in Home Improvement Center or knowledge of building materials Experience using QuickBooks not required but preferred

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with customers by promoting products, providing day-to- assistance, and generating sales for a building materials industry leader From customers to contractors, you play an important role in recommending materials and tools for projects of all sizes You must thoroughly understand the product line and field application to accurately answer questions to homeowners and contractors who may become potential customers Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, email, and face-to-face) for price quotations, product availability, orders, material returns, billing corrections, product information, order changes, and cancellations. Answers incoming calls and emails regarding our products in a timely fashion Quickly and smoothly resolve customer complaints and problems Generate price quotations in a timely manner Maintain accurate and up to date "open sales order" files in computer system Sustain a working technical knowledge of building products Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,609.00 - $74,479.00 per year
