Jinny Beauty Supply Company Inc. is a Multicultural/Ethnic beauty supply distributor since 1981. We are located in Hialeah, FL and we are seeking for two inside sales positions. Available Positions Position 1: Haitian Creole and French-Speaking Associate 1 Opening

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak both Haitian Creole and French fluently.
• Must be able to assist customers by phone, email, and in person in English, Haitian Creole, and French. Position 2: English-Speaking Associate 1 Opening
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Haitian Creole and French language skills are not required for this position.
• Must be able to assist customers by phone, email, and in person in English. General

Qualifications

a. Reliable attendance and punctuality are the most important requirements for this position. Customers and team members depend on each employee to perform their assigned responsibilities. Applicants must be able to follow the established work schedule responsibly without frequent tardiness or absences. b. Must have at least 12 months of experience assisting customers over the phone or through face-to-face interactions. c. Must have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude when working with customers and coworkers. d. Must have at least three months of experience using basic computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. e. Must have strong communication and customer service skills. f. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. g. The probationary and training period is three months. This is a paid training period.
