Overview

As a Full-time Business Development Professional at Herohub, you'll be responsible for consulting with current and prospective small business owner clients, generating new business, building relationships with dealership partners, and helping prospects understand how our software supports their growth and performance. You'll work directly with leadership, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue and create long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Participate in Professional Sales Training
• Consult with current and prospective small business clients
• Follow up with inbound leads
• Schedule and conduct product demos
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Track activity and progress in CRM
• Make outbound calls to prospective dealership partners
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding

Compensation

• Competitive base pay (based on experience)
• Commission + performance incentives
