About the Role

: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new leads, as well as manage existing accounts. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and S2K software
• Construction and masonry material sales experience

:

• Experience in inside sales or customer service

• Ability to analyze sales data and trends

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails as well as face to face retail sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage and update the S2K system with accurate and timely information
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. You will also use your strong organizational and time management skills to manage your sales pipeline and meet sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and S2K software is essential for managing and updating the S2K system with accurate and timely information. Knowledge of sales techniques and principles, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and trends, will help you develop and execute effective sales strategies.
