Overview

We are a growing mortgage brokerage seeking motivated, results-driven Dialers / Telemarketers to join our team. If you are confident on the phone, persistent, and goal-oriented, this is an opportunity to earn strong commissions on top of a competitive hourly wage.

Compensation

:

• $15 $20 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses available
• Growth opportunity into Licensed Loan Officer positions

Responsibilities

:

• Follow scripts and overcome objections professionally
• Set appointments for Loan Officers
• Update CRM with accurate call notes
• Meet daily and weekly call targets

Qualifications

:

• Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making 150+ calls per day
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We're Looking For:
