Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and service-oriented Assistant Real Estate Sales Office Manager to support the daily operations of a high- performing real estate sales office. This role partners closely with the Sales Office Manager to ensure seamless office operations, provide exceptional support to sales associates, assist with recruiting and onboarding, facilitate training and mentoring programs, and help drive agent productivity and success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about coaching others, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive, high-energy office culture. Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales Office Manager to develop and implement programs that support sales associate development, productivity, and long-term success. Assist with recruiting efforts by identifying prospective candidates, conducting outreach, scheduling and participating in interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new associates and facilitate group and individual development sessions as part of the office's training programs. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to associates, including productivity and accountability support in collaboration with the Sales Office Manager. Conduct weekly Agent Development classes, technology training, and other educational sessions to support agent growth and business development. Maintain regular office hours to support new agents and provide assistance to experienced agents when the Sales Office Manager is unavailable. Support associates in transaction-related activities, including preparation of Offer to Purchase forms, contract documentation, listing materials, MLS usage, and other required paperwork. Provide guidance to associates during offer presentations, negotiations, and counteroffer processes. Train and support associates in office systems, forms, prospecting techniques, and professional telephone practices. Manage and oversee the office mentoring program, including assigning mentors and monitoring program effectiveness. Attend and participate in recruiting workshops, management meetings, and weekly staff meetings, contributing ideas that support office performance and promote company services. Assist in planning and supporting office initiatives and events, including Business After Hours, listing contests, open house weekends, and social committee activities. Foster a positive office environment by actively supporting company initiatives and participating in office activities.

Requirements
