This Is a Sales Job. The Route Is Your Territory. Most sales jobs hand you a phone and a script. We hand you a company vehicle, a route full of established accounts, and a product line that sells itself off the shelf: Disney, Pokemon, Squishmallow, Dubai Chocolate, and the viral trending impulse products convenience stores fight to keep in stock. XPRS services 600+ convenience store accounts across Florida including 7-Eleven, Circle K, Speedway, Shell and more. We built that from zero in under three years. The reps joining now are the ones who will run territories as we scale. Why This Is Different

• You work directly with the owners. Not a regional manager three layers up. The people who built this company from zero train you, ride with you, and promote you.

• $16.50 to $17.50 per hour base depending on experience. You are paid for every hour, every day, guaranteed.
• Commission on every new store you sign and every program installed. Most reps add $500 to $1,000+ per month. There is no ceiling.
• Every store on your route is a walking referral. Store owners know other store owners. The reps who work it build income that compounds month over month.
• Performance-based base pay increases. Produce and your rate moves. What the Job Looks Like You drive a company vehicle Monday through Friday on a Florida route. You service existing accounts, restock displays, and build real relationships with store owners and managers face to face. Between service stops you prospect new stores. Every new account you sign pays you. You are home every night. Routes run across Florida including Tampa, Jacksonville, and Fort Lauderdale, so some days are long miles. No overnight travel required, ever. Optional overnight routes exist if you want them and pay extra. What You Get

Requirements

• 18 or older with a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Competitive. Self-motivated. You see a store without our products and you see money on the table.
• Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the sale
• Reliable and accountable, Monday through Friday, every week
• Smartphone for daily route documentation
• Ability to lift and move product as needed
