This role involves working directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality roofing solutions while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Conduct roof inspections and meet with homeowners
• Present roofing solutions and assist with insurance claims
• Prepare estimates and close deals
• Work with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualities
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Sales experience is a plus, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

& Growth

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses

• Training pay is six weeks for $1,000 per week
• Flexible schedule
• Clear advancement path (Sales Leadership Management) Pay: $75,170.85 - $115,345.54 per year
