Inside Sales Representative Up to $75,000 + bonus / commission Inside Sales Representative / Applications Engineer / Technical Sales Support required for a process equipment manufacturer in New York. The Inside Sales Representative / Applications Engineer / Technical Sales Support will be responsible for supporting the outside sales team, completing RFQs, producing quotes from technical drawings and managing key accounts. The Inside Sales Representative / Applications Engineer / Technical Sales Support will have experience with related equipment such as pumps / valves / filtration / rotating equipment / process equipment / compressors / hoses / fittings / seals Package: Up to $75,000 bonus Health, dental vision Role for Inside Sales Representative / Applications Engineer / Technical Sales Support

• Work with customers and external sales teams to assess application needs and specify correct pumps / valves / filtration / rotating equipment / process equipment / compressors / hoses / fittings / seals
• Provide pre-sale technical support and collaborate with sales to prepare detailed, accurate quotations.
• Generate and review RFQ analysis reports and communicate results to customers.
• Ensure all technical documentation and proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical barriers to order completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments on project status and technical updates.

Requirements

for Inside Sales Representative / Applications Engineer / Technical Sales Support

• Background in pumps / valves / filtration / rotating equipment / process equipment / compressors / hoses / fittings / seals
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and application principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience using CRM, ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in New York, and within a commutable distance to the office Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
