Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time or full-time wholesale Sales Associate to assist customers with finding the right clothing for their needs. You should be friendly, respectful, and open to meeting all different types of people who come through our showroom. You will be expected to help customers, assist with stock work and maintain the store. You will be joining a team that enjoys working together in a no-drama environment. Associates tend to stay here for many years. In order to ensure you've read through this listing, please include the word stapler in your application. Our hours are Monday - Saturday 9:30 - 6, Friday night 'til 7. Full time employee benefits include BCBS/BCN and a 401K match.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs
• Assist shoppers in selecting apparel and accessories that suit their tastes and fit requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and styling options of menswear collections
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
• Upsell complementary products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or fashion retail environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities when needed
• Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
• Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and product demos to engage customers effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and active listening skills
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and inventory management Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
