JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers to provide quotes and sell products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data entered into database applications and Company systems Understand the features and benefits of the Company's products and services, and match to customer's needs Display a high-level of professional in managing a high volume of customer needs through various methods of communication (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc.) Ensure price quotes are sent to customers in a timely manner Identify and communicate special requests by customers to Management as needed Maintain positive relationships with existing customers Foster and strengthen existing customer relationships QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work independently, as well as in a Team setting with minimal supervision Ability to build relationships, while providing internal and external service EDUCATION: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Inside Sales, and/or related field Bachelor's Degree preferred SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Excellent customer service skills Ability to overcome objection to a positive resolution Ability to take initiative Strong negotiation skills Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout workday Strong time management skills Results-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
